Home Renovation is Easy with Our 4 Simple Steps
After you’ve filled out our online form, our team will reach out to book a consultation. During the consultation, we ask a few questions to get an idea of the scope of your project. Then, we draft up a quote for your home renovation, including material and labor. This quote will reflect market-competitive rates, ensuring you receive value-focused pricing that aligns with industry standards for quality and affordability.
Once the quote is approved, we then proceed to the design phase. This is where we get into the details of your renovation plan, and our interior designers draft design plans that shape your vision. You can choose from these, mix and match, or suggest improvements until you’re 100% satisfied.
After the design plan is approved, we start stocking up on all materials needed, like hardwood floors and finishes. We only start when all materials arrive to avoid unforeseen delays during construction. When materials start coming in, we inspect them to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Finally, after all the materials have arrived, we give you the heads-up that we’re ready to begin your home renovation. We work diligently, keeping in line with schedule deadlines, and stay available for any questions you may have. When the renovation is finished, we clean your home professionally, leaving it fresh and ready to enjoy.
