We Renovate your Scarborough Home in 4 Easy Steps
Once our form is filled out, we look it over and schedule a good time to do a consultation. During the consultation, we discuss factors like the scope of your project, your vision, and the estimated timeline. We also provide a quote that estimates how much the project will cost.
Once our quote is approved, we will go in-depth with your design ideas. We combine your goals and vision with our expertise and industry knowledge, providing helpful ideas to improve the look of your home. We will offer multiple design plans, allowing you to choose one, mix and match, or take the best of them and create something new. You can choose from our pre-designed packages or create one from the ground up to add a personal touch to your home.
Once the designs are approved, we begin collecting all the necessary materials for the renovation. We won’t start until all materials arrive. That way, we don’t end up starting the renovation and waiting for a part to come in. This also allows us to quality-check all the materials so they meet our high-quality standards. That way, you know your home is being made with only the best materials in mind.
When all the materials arrive, we begin work on the renovation. Structural changes are made first, along with any changes needed in plumbing and electrical. Throughout the renovation, we are available and communicative with you, letting you know what the status of the project is. When the renovation is complete, we clean your home from top to bottom, ensuring your living space is immaculate.
